Why is it a good time to buy?

  • First and foremost, the property is absolutely gorgeous. Believe it or not, the main thing we have seen during this pandemic is opportunistic investors buying land in semi-rural areas with access to natural resources and fresh water.
  • From an investment standpoint, this may be the greatest buyer’s market in our lifetime. Interest rates are historically low and you can take money out of IRA’s and 401ks with no penalties whatsoever.
  • Also wouldn’t it give you peace of mind, should there be another outbreak or major catastrophic event, to have your own personal retreat to escape the general population

What measures are you taking to ensure our families safety if we attend the event?

  • You will get personal attention at your appointment time. This is not a timeshare presentation or group showing. Our staff is tested regularly and comply by all state and federal laws concerning sanitation and social distancing.

Is this a large scale showing/liquidation with dozens of people out there?

  • No, this a private showing of the property and our appointment times will be spread out throughout the day. Due to social distancing regulations, we can only see a very limited number of clients on sale day.

Due to COVID-19, what is the current state of the secondary (waterfront, coastal access, etc.) real estate market?

  • If you’ve watched the news, you know that the stock market is extremely volatile and that there is no better time to invest in a stable, tangible asset like land.
  • My company has had an influx of interest in recent months regarding the purchase of secondary properties due to the potential of a future outbreak.

Are others currently investing in this type of real estate?

  • Absolutely. Many individuals are currently buying not only to take advantage of incredible deals, but also to have a safe haven for their family should another crisis occur.
